How to Use trikonED

A Simple Step-by-Step Guide for Students

1

Open the Website

Once you enter trikonED.com, you’ll land on the homepage. Right away, you’ll see a list of universities from different countries. This gives you a quick idea of what’s available globally.

You can explore freely, but to see full university details and get real recommendations, you’ll need to create an account.

2

Sign Up and Create Your Profile

Click Sign Up and create your account. After that, you’ll be asked to fill in your academic and personal details. This part is important because it decides how accurate your university matches will be.

You’ll be asked for things like:

  • Your previous education details
  • Grades or GPA
  • Intended level of study (Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, etc.)
  • English proficiency tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE
  • Other exams if applicable like SAT, GRE, or GMAT
  • Preferred country, state or province
  • Field of study
  • Budget and financial expectations
  • Scholarship preference
  • Any other academic or background information needed for evaluation

Don’t worry — this information is used only to match you correctly, not randomly.

3

Smart University Matching

Once your details are filled in, trikonED’s matching engine gets to work. Instead of you searching blindly, the system automatically matches you with universities and colleges that fit your:

check_circle Academic background
check_circle Test scores
check_circle Budget
check_circle Country and location preference
check_circle Scholarship expectations
check_circle Program eligibility

In simple words: You are matched with universities where you actually stand a realistic chance.
This saves time, money, and unnecessary rejections.

4

Review Your Matched Universities

After matching, you’ll see a list of universities that fit your profile.

These may include:

  • Partner universities working directly with trikonED
  • Non-partner universities that still match your eligibility

Even if a university is not a partner, you will still get its details so you can apply independently if you wish.

Transparency first. No gatekeeping.

5

Give Consent to Share Your Profile

When you’re ready, you’ll be asked whether you want to send your profile to the matched universities.

You stay in control.

If you agree, trikonED will ask you to upload the documents you already mentioned in your profile, such as:

description Academic transcripts
description Certificates
description Test score reports
description Passport
description Other required documents
6

Document Submission & University Contact

Once documents are uploaded:

  • trikonED sends your application and documents to the matched universities
  • Universities may contact you directly, or
  • trikonED may contact you on their behalf, depending on the university process

From here, universities review your profile for
Admission, Scholarships, and Eligibility confirmation.

7

Offers, Admissions & Scholarships

If you are matched with partner universities, the process becomes faster. These universities can:

  • Issue admission offers quickly
  • Share scholarship options
  • Guide you through next steps

For non-partner universities, you’ll still receive full information so you can apply directly without confusion.
