1. About trikonED

trikonED is a UAE registered education technology platform that provides tools for university discovery, eligibility based recommendations, scholarship visibility, and application facilitation.

trikonED does not operate as a university, admissions authority, scholarship provider, or visa consultancy.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Users must provide accurate and truthful information when using the platform. trikonED reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform independently. Users under 18 may use the platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. trikonED is not responsible for verifying parental consent unless required by law.

Use of the platform does not guarantee admission, scholarships, funding, or placement.

3. Platform Services

trikonED provides access to university listings, program information, scholarship visibility, profile matching, and application facilitation tools.

All recommendations provided by the platform are based on user submitted data and information supplied by universities or publicly available sources. Recommendations are informational in nature and do not constitute guarantees or professional advice.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted on the platform, including academic records, test scores, documents, and personal details.

trikonED is not responsible for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated user information.

5. Applications and University Decisions

Users may choose to apply to universities directly through trikonED or consent to share their credentials with selected institutions.

All admission decisions, scholarship decisions, funding offers, and enrollment outcomes are made solely by universities and institutions. trikonED has no authority over these decisions.

6. Scholarships and Financial Information

Scholarship information displayed on the platform reflects data provided by universities or publicly available sources and may change without notice.

trikonED does not guarantee scholarships, financial aid, fee waivers, or funding of any kind.

7. Commercial Relationships

trikonED may have commercial arrangements with universities or institutions, including receiving fees or commissions for introducing qualified student leads or facilitating applications.

Such arrangements do not influence eligibility criteria, admission decisions, or scholarship outcomes, which remain entirely at the discretion of the institution.

8. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Currently, trikonED does not charge students mandatory fees for accessing the platform.

In the future, trikonED may introduce optional paid services, premium features, or application related services. Any such fees, payment terms, and refund policies will be clearly disclosed before a user is required to make payment.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, fees for paid services, if introduced, will be non refundable once the service has been delivered or initiated.

9. Consent and Data Use

By using the platform, users acknowledge that their data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

User data is shared with universities or institutions only with explicit user consent. trikonED is not responsible for how third parties process data once shared under consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, trikonED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to admission outcomes, scholarship decisions, delays, rejections, system interruptions, or changes in university policies.

Use of trikonED does not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, funding, or academic success.

Users acknowledge that education decisions involve independent institutional processes beyond the control of trikonED.

12. Third Party Content and Links

The platform may include content, links, or services provided by third parties, including universities. trikonED is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or conduct of third party services or websites.

13. Force Majeure

trikonED shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, system failures, pandemics, or force majeure events.

14. Suspension and Termination

trikonED reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at its discretion in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements.
